Class F, G, H, and I Felonies (There are some few exceptions within the classifications for which we
will not agree to representation including all sex offenses).
Examples of offenses within each classification:
Class F; assault inflicting serious bodily injury, felonious restraint, perjury, trafficking in mdma (less than
500 dosage units).
Class G; accessing computers, 2nd degree arson, 2nd degree burglary, common law robbery,
trafficking in mdma (100 or more dosage units but less than 500 dosage units).
Class H; breaking or entering, habitual misdemeanor assault, burning of personal property, larceny of
property worth more than $1000, possession of stolen goods.
Class I; financial transaction card theft, carrying a concealed weapon, computer trespass.
