| Charged misdemeanors for which we may agree to representation (With the exception of sexual abuse, stalking, domestic violence, or related cases): Class A1, 1, 2, 3 misdemeanors. Examples of Misdemeanors within each classification: Class A1; assault by pointing a gun, assault inflicting serious injury. Class 1; speeding to elude arrest, prearranged racing, larceny, possession of stolen goods, breaking or entering of building, forcible trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia. Class 2; failure to stop for emergency vehicle, resisting delaying or obstructing an officer, simple assault, shoplifting (second offense), 1st degree trespass, disorderly conduct. Class 3; shoplifting by concealing merchandise (first offense), shoplifting by substitution of price (first offense, 2nd degree trespass, intoxicated and disruptive in public. Need representation?
